BIOSIM is a high performance Linux cluster constructed at site for biomolecular simulations. It consists of 20 Dual Processor SMP machines featuring Dual-Core AMD Opteron 285 2.6 GHz processors.
The nodes are interconnected via Gigabit Ethernet and attached to 6 Tb SAN storage system EMC CLARiiON AX4 storage.
